Hello!
I am a founder, engineer, and researcher based in NYC. My technical background spans cryptography, security, distributed systems, machine learning, data and LLM systems at scale, and systems architecture.
I grew up as a military brat, moving at least every two years as a child — around the American Southeast, Northern Virginia, Belgium, and Okinawa, Japan.
I am the second-time founder of a VC-backed company called supplyco with my cofounder Jannik Wiedenhaupt. We are building tools for industrial capital goods sales and go-to-market teams, as a wedge into the market for a much larger long-term play.
My previous company was Banyan, a decentralized cloud storage platform. We built a filesystem with cryptographic guarantees about data provenance and privacy, and used it to build a private fileshare that runs cryptography in the browser. We pivoted after concluding the market dynamics weren’t right for venture-scale returns.
Outside of work, I enjoy dance, books, and various other hobbies — see my about page.
